Energising waste - a win-win situation 

CEWEP and 10 other European associations published a joint statement on the European Energy Roadmap 2050.

CEWEP welcomes the approach the Commission has taken on the revision of the Waste Framework Directive (WFD), in particular regarding the clarification of the definition of (energy) recovery with regard to Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Incinerators, based on energy efficiency criteria.
