How to get to the CEWEP Office

To Brussels by air:
From Brussels Zaventem airport you have three different options to travel into Brussels:

The most convenient option is by bus number 12 (floor 0), taking about 30 minutes. Please get off the bus at the Schuman bus stop, which is only seven minutes from the office.

By Taxi– a taxi ride takes about 20-30 minutes.

By Train– there is a train service into the centre of Brussels (floor –1), taking about 20 minutes. http://www.b-rail.be/main/index.htmlexterner Link

Get off the train at the Gare Central station and take the metro direction HERRMANN-DEBROUX/STOCKEL. Alight at the Schuman metro station, from there it takes about seven minutes to walk to the Office.

 

To Brussels by train:
If you take either the Thalys or Eurostar trains to Brussels you will arrive in the Gare du Midi station. From there you can either take a taxi or take the metro to the CEWEP office.

By Taxi – the journey to the CEWEP office will take about 10-15 minutes.

By Metro – the journey to the office will take about 20-30 minutes.

Take the metro direction SIMONIS (ELISABETH)  and change at Arts-Loi. Then take the line direction HERRMANN-DEBROUX/STOCKEL. Alight at the Schuman metro station, from there it takes about seven minutes to walk to the Office. 

 

 

 

 

 

How to get to the CEWEP Office from the Schuman Metro/Bus station:
As you exit Schuman metro/bus station take the street Rue Archimède direction Square Ambiorix. Cross Square Ambiorix, turn left and Boulevard Clovis is on the right. The CEWEP Office is then next door but one to the Police Station.

 

 

To Brussels by car:

From Luxemburg
Follow the E411 coming from Namur, continue to the Ring road following signs to "Ring" and stay on the right, then go towards Gand/Anvers/Liége. On the Ring road, take the E40 towards Bruxelles/Louvain/Liège and follow signs to Bruxelles.

From Antwerp/Gent Ostende
Follow the A12 or E19 from Antwerp or the E40 from Gent-Ostende. Continue to the Ring road following signs to "Ring Brussel"; on the Ring road take the E40 towards Bruxelles/Louvain/Liège and follow signs to "Brussels".  You are on the E40 from Louvain/Liège going towards Brussels.

From Paris/Mons/Charleroi
Follow the E19 towards Brussels and take exit no. 22 following signs to "RING Est"; you are on the Ring road going towards E40 Liège; stay on the Ring road until you come onto the E40 Bruxelles/Louvain/Liège and follow signs to Brussels. You are on the E40 from Louvain/Liège going towards Brussels.
 

From Louvain/Liège and all directions
Follow the E40 from Louvain/Liège. Stay on the E40 towards Brussels and follow signs to "Centre/Centrum - Communauté Européenne/Europese Gemeenschap" before entering the tunnel "Centre/Centrum".  At the tunnel exit, continue straight ahead on Avenue de Cortenbergh until the Schuman roundabout. At the Schuman roundabout, take the 1st exit on the right (Rue Archimède). Continue straight ahead (Square Ambiorix), turn right and follow the one way system around the square, then take the sixth street on the right (Boulevard Clovis). The CEWEP Office is then next door but one to the Police Station.
