On 20th September 2018 CEWEP together with its Spanish member AEVERSU held its 9th Waste-to-Energy Congress in Bilbao, entitled “Making Circular Economy Happen”. Around 220 participants from 27 countries discussed Waste-to-Energy as an important part of the implementation of the Circular Economy targets.
